Hello Friends! I
am so excited that the event is on Saturday. I wanted to give you the schedule
ahead of time so you can know what to expect when you arrive. The facility is
located at 1600 E Lakeside Dr. in Gilbert, from 8am
to 1pm. We will start setting up early, so feel free to come around 7:30 and
find your seat.
You
can use your phone to show your ticket, or print it off! If you purchased the
gold ticket make sure when you walk in the door you get your bag and books. For
those of you who ordered lunch, please email me back if you have any dietary
restrictions (besides gluten, I will have gluten free options) that I need to
be aware of so we don’t leave you out of eating!!

I
am so very excited and cannot wait to hear the messages these ladies have each
prepared. The theme of "Fighting for me" is one that came to me
on my way back from the St. George conference and I feel like it going to be so
powerful for all of us fighters. I know every single person that is coming on
Saturday has a story they could stand up and tell—and inspire the entire room—
and I hope many of you get the chance to talk with each of individually about
your journey.
These
stories we each carry around—about our past—though sometimes they inspire
others and bring hope. . they are still our battles. Each of us has a fight we
still have to win every day. We get to continue to get back up and fight the
darkness in the world that tells us lies, and find a greater purpose each day
to be a little better than we were the day before.
And
that is why I do these conferences. Not only to help others, but to help myself
to never give up the fight.
I
believe in this conference. I believe in each of you—as individuals, as
partners, as families, and even more importantly as children of God. He
believes in you. He believes in the truths that you live, and the strength that
He gave you to make it through your story, and the power He has given you to
use it to make a difference in this world. I hope this conference gives
you a chance to remember that purpose of why you are here, what you are doing,
and why you are still fighting. Thank you for giving me a chance to connect with
you and be a part of your story.
This
conference isn't about decorations, or followers, or who has the cutest outfit.
It is about what is real. It is about connecting, and love, and grace,
and hope. And I hope when you walk away on Saturday you feel God’s love, and a
connection to Him . . . so you can go home and see His hand in your story. If
you are coming with friends, please make room for others to join you. And if
you are coming alone, please know you are coming to a room full of friends.
I
have notebooks and pens for everyone. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks for
the break; I will have a few there as well. Let me know if there is anything
